Introduction.
I am a passionate and driven golfer with a strong love for competition, both as an individual and as part of a team. I started playing at the age of three after being introduced to the game by my dad, and I have never looked back. Over the past few years, I have developed into a more mature and consistent player, gaining valuable experience from competing across Scotland. Off the course, I stay active through football, which helps me maintain my fitness and team mindset year-round. I am always looking for ways to improve and take pride in giving my best effort in everything I do.

Interview.
What age did you start playing golf and why ?
I started playing golf when I was three years old. My dad has always been a golfer, and he used to take me along with him to the course. I loved it straight away and have been playing ever since.
How would you say you have developed as a golfer over the past few years ?
Over the last couple of years, I have matured a lot both on and off the course. I have gained valuable experience by playing in more tournaments across Scotland, which has really helped improve my course management. My game has become more consistent, and I am learning to limit mistakes and manage risk better. I have also grown physically stronger, which has helped me hit the ball further and improve my overall performance.
Who is your favourite golfer and why ?
My favourite golfer is Rory McIlroy. I see a lot of similarities between his game and mine. He is determined, resilient, and exciting to watch, and his driving is a real strength — something I also try to make a key part of my game
What do you intend to study and why ?
I am still deciding, but I am interested in subjects like Physical Education, Sports Recreation, Health and Wellness, or Human Performance — areas that reflect my interest in sport, fitness, and how the body works.
Other than golf what else do you enjoy doing and why ?
I really enjoy football and play at a semi-professional level for our County team, as well as for my school. I like the team aspect of the sport, and since we play through the winter, it helps me stay fit all year round. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family whenever I can.
