Introduction.
I am a dedicated and ambitious golfer who thrives on challenge and self improvement. From a young age, I was involved in a range of sports, but golf quickly became my main focus. I was drawn to the mental side of the game and the constant need to adapt, stay composed, and push through setbacks. That mindset has become one of my biggest strengths on the course.
Off the course, I live an active lifestyle and enjoy learning about how training and fitness support performance. I am also passionate about business and plan to study Sport and Business at Rossall School, with hopes of one day running my own coaching or fitness business. I would describe myself as driven, hardworking, and someone who always looks for ways to grow, both in golf and in life

Interview.
What age did you start playing golf and why ?
I started playing golf around the age of six, after trying a variety of sports growing up, including high level cricket. Over time, golf became the sport I wanted to focus on the most. I was drawn to the mental challenge and the ups and downs you experience throughout a round, which quickly got me hooked. As I continued to improve, I began competing in higher level events, and that competitive environment made me fall in love with the game even more. I enjoy the process of pushing myself and seeing how far I can go.
How would you say you have developed as a golfer over the past few years ?
Over the past few months, I have made big improvements to my mindset, which has helped me shoot more consistent low scores. While most of my progress in recent years has come from better course management, improved accuracy off the tee, and a stronger short game, I feel that all areas of my game are now starting to come together. Lately, my performance has been trending in the right direction, and that gives me real confidence heading into 2025 to 2027.
Who is your favourite golfer and why ?
Jon Rahm has been my favourite golfer for a while now. I admire his journey, especially how he was born with clubfoot, which affected the development of his leg and forced him to adapt and create the unique swing he has today. I also respect the way he wears his heart on his sleeve and competes with passion. He is a role model for me in how he overcomes challenges while staying focused and driven, both on the course and in life. His example inspires me to face my own setbacks with the same mindset.
What do you intend to study and why ?
At Rossall School, I plan to study Double BTEC Sport and A Level Business. I have always enjoyed learning about how the body works in sport and exercise, and I am also passionate about business. One of my long-term goals is to run my own coaching or fitness business, so this combination of subjects will help me build both the practical and theoretical knowledge I need to achieve that.
Other than golf what else do you enjoy doing and why ?
I enjoy going to the gym because it gives me another outlet to focus on self improvement alongside golf. I also find it interesting to learn about the exercise science behind the training I do, which helps me stay motivated and make the most of each session. Outside of sport, I enjoy travelling to new places. I find it fascinating to explore different cultures and architecture, especially because they are often so different from what I am used to in England.
